Join our dedicated veterinary team as a Registered Veterinary Nurse at our Animal Trust Shrewsbury 24/7 Hospital, Shropshire, where we are committed to providing affordable pet care. Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Animal Trust, Shrewsbury veterinary team, your role will be to care for a diverse caseload, including medical stabilisation, imaging assessments, complex orthopaedic cases, and surgical cases.
You will engage in nurse-led procedures and other hands-on tasks to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Contribute to a healthy and happy pet owning community in Shrewsbury by ensuring our affordable pet care is delivered with compassion for our pet owners and their pets.
Skills and Qualifications
Certification as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) is essential, with at least 2 years experience. Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with confidence, calm, and kindness. Experience of or a desire to learn nurse-led veterinary procedures, and develop your veterinary career. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with pet owners and collaborate effectively within a supportive team.
