The very first Animal Trust Surgery, Bolton has been a hub of veterinary care for the Greater Manchester area since 2012. Located just off the A666 it's easy to access from the entire region and motorway network. As well as helping thousands of pets with general practice veterinary care it also is a 24/7 Pet A&E centre, helping clients from other Animal Trust Surgeries and other non-Animal Trust surgeries, when a vet is needed most - 365 days a year.

The surgery is full-service, offering orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, endoscopy, advanced imaging such as CT scanning and complex ultrasound, 24/7 Inpatient and critical care, free consults, diagnostics such as X-rays, and on-site and reference laboratory services. It's an exceptionally busy surgery that helps regular clients and those referred from elsewhere.

The surgery has no eligibility criteria to join and is dedicated to providing a valuable service to the pet-owning community. Currently, due to high demand, new clients are accepted by registering with a health plan.
