Veterinary Surgeon - Team Lead

As Development Team Leader, you'll guide and mentor recent graduates, support clinical training, and help shape a culture of growth and high standards across the team.

Lead the clinical training and development of recent graduates, acting as a VetGDP Advisor and mentor. Support clinical standards, line management, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care and a positive team culture. Step into leadership roles as needed and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.

Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with extensive experience.
Keen to mentor and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment.
Strong technical proficiency in advanced veterinary procedures.
Excellent communication skills, with the empathy and confidence to manage both client and patient needs effectively.
A passionate commitment to our social mission, with a focus on affordable veterinary care and community well-being.

40hr working week over 4 days with 2:9 weekends.
6 weeks of holiday per year, including bank holidays.
