Are you passionate about clinical excellence and nurturing the next generation of vets? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to step into a key leadership role at our Bolton Hospital. As Development Team Leader, you'll guide and mentor recent graduates, support clinical training, and help shape a culture of growth and high standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the clinical training and development of recent graduates, acting as a VetGDP Advisor and mentor. Support clinical standards, line management, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care and a positive team culture. Step into leadership roles as needed and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with extensive experience.
Keen to mentor and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment.
Strong technical proficiency in advanced veterinary procedures.
Excellent communication skills, with the empathy and confidence to manage both client and patient needs effectively.
A passionate commitment to our social mission, with a focus on affordable veterinary care and community well-being.
