Registered Veterinary Nurse - Ashton Under Lyne

Provide expert nursing care to a diverse range of surgical and medical cases, ensuring high standards of treatment. Utilise our advanced facilities, including two theatres and a dental suite, to deliver comprehensive veterinary services. Manage and monitor inpatients in our separate dog and cat wards, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their stay. Collaborate with a dedicated team, including an on-site Orthopaedic surgeon, to enhance the clinic’s capabilities and patient outcomes. Engage with pet owners, offering guidance and support to ensure they understand and are comfortable with their pets’ treatment plans.

Qualification and registration as a Veterinary Nurse. Proven experience in veterinary nursing, with strong competencies in handling both surgical and medical cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with pet owners and work effectively in a team. A commitment to professional development and a keen interest in contributing to the broader goals of a community-focused practice.
